My visit: 7/28/2026 4:15-6 pm I've been to this laundramat many, many times and have always thought it the best in the city. I'm sad to say that this will be my last visit. A large amount of the washers were broken. One of my 2 mattress pads is ruined and cannot be fixed. It's full of holes and I believe the backside melted. I don't know how much the machines and dryers were because I couldn't see the screen and the amount of quarters didn't show up. Many of the card readers were loose and had to be swiped several times to work. This might have been the reason I was so overcharged. The first couple of swipes on 3 of them said "invalid" . The dryers said $2 or $3 so I don't know how much it was for 3 regular dryers and the 2 big ones for 1 cycle. The one large one kept saying "please pay" and I ended up with 70 minutes that I did not need! 2 of the regular dryers on medium were so hot I had a hard time touching the clothes and I know that's not good for them either. The utility sink in the back had the water turned off. The floor and working machines were still kept clean. They must have changed management because it's getting very rundown. Great place to do laundry and get work done while you wait. (30 minutes cold wash) Excellent customer service and assistance. Instructions were easy to follow. TV and fast wifi service available. Completely satisfied with my laundry experience this afternoon.

Came to wash my truck, the bubble did not work, there was no soap in the wash option, and prewash did nothing. There was another guy in the bay beside mine, I spoke with him and he said his didn’t work either. I spoke to the attendant at the laundry, she was very friendly and had me fill out a card with my info. If the owner reaches out I will update this review. Otherwise, I would not recommend, use at your own risk.

The gal working here is very attentive, I believe her name is Joanie. She knows which machines work the best, which is important because the machines are pretty old. Over a dozen we're not working or needed maintenance. She was also a pro at handling the card reading dongles on the machines, which was super helpful because it does seem like they were installed after market and the time on the machines didn't always match the time on the card readers. She was able to navigate the card readers as not to create errors for the machines - SUPER helpful. While the machines are older than I would normally like to use at a laundrymat, Joanie's customer service FAR made up for it. She was attentive to me and to any customer who walked in. She was constantly moving, cleaning and organizing while my son and I were there. The machines were formerly coin machines converted to card machines. The ATM and coin changing machines are still in the laundry mat but are both out of order and not usable. The location was surprisingly tidy. It didn't seem like there was alot of traffic on the Thursday evening my son and I visited. The cost of the washing machines were $6 and $7.50 for the large one we

Machines only take Super Clean Card i was told by the Attendant as she helped me put $50 cash into card machine. It did not give a card. No way to refund money no card from machine. . Call to owner. 30 min later i try the new card given. No funds on it.. Another call to owner another 30 min. I asked for refund to my bank or cash. Was told could not do it. Another card…. no funds on card. Call to owner. 1.5 hrs after arrival the attendant was starting my first washer!! Heard her say having trouble all day here and car wash next door. Owner knew this, yet refused to credit my bank card (found later via his attendant that they do have functionality in manual card entries and owner could have honored my request ). No clean experience here.
